Welcome to Red Brighton Blue, our home & boutique guest house located just off the sea front, in the heart of Brighton, less than 10 minutes walk to the Pier, Royal Pavilion and city centre.  We’re proud to fly the flag for Brighton and for the great British seaside and would be delighted if you would choose to stay with us when you’re next in town.

We have 11 comfortable bedrooms, including kings, doubles and singles, all with luxurious ensuites, some with sea views, and others with views of our pretty courtyard garden.  All our rooms have deluxe facilities, including internet TV, good wifi, access to your Netflix/Amazon streaming account, tea tray with Nespresso coffee, biscuits, fridge and complimentary bottled water.  Relax in the garden with its lush green planting and cool water features.  Our grade 2 listed Georgian townhouse is set over 5 floors and has lots of historical character and original features.

With us, your stay will be as comfortable and professional as any hotel, but with the added benefit of being more friendly and personal.  We manage the hotel ourselves and live on site, and together with our small team, we want to ensure you get the most out of your time in Brighton.

Grand, luxurious and indulgent. Our best rooms are spacious, include king size beds, handcrafted furniture, period features and a bay window seating area with oblique sea views, plus a two person shower in the luxury ensuite.

We're located in the heart of Brighton, on a quiet side street just off the sea front, in the bohemian Kemptown village area of the city centre.  Guests can get sea views and a peaceful night’s sleep whilst are just 2 minutes walk away from the beach, bars, restaurants & nightlight and less than 10 minutes walk to the Pier, Royal Pavilion and city centre.

Please Don't Worry About Parking - We Can Help

Parking vouchers enabling hotel guests to park in the residents bays on the streets around the hotel cost £12 per 24 hours. We'll even help you with a map to find a space as close as possible, so you should be no more than 2 or 3 minutes walk away.
